This reminds me of the 60's, and 70's, but with an updated and romantic feel. I remember weaving flowers together, and wearing them in our hair, tie-dye shirts(which I still love!) driving around in my dark blue1968 VW Bug, listening to the Beatles (which I still do, and love!!!) the endless Summers of Love, and all of those fond memories of the 1960's and 1970's. This was created with a lovely Red Rosebud, and lush Rue Ferns, which are a perfect pairing, and compliment each other wonderfully! When I found this wonderful flower shaped domed glass, I knew instantly what I wanted to create. That is why I have created this new kind of jewelry to honor and remember those special times for me, and I hope for many of you. The Rose and ferns have been permanently adhered and sealed to the back with clear resin. These are the perfect shape to compliment the flower shaped glass.
